Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore also secured the second position.

Pune – 4 Sep 25- Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune has once again secured the first position in the NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2025 – Skill University category, while Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore has achieved the second position. By retaining the top spot for the second consecutive year in the ‘Skill University’ category, Symbiosis has reinforced its leadership and excellence.

The NIRF 2025 rankings were announced by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. On this occasion, Dr. Swati Mujumdar, Pro- Chancellor, Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, was felicitated with a memento and certificate by Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister of Education. The award ceremony was held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The 10th edition of the NIRF rankings was announced this year, featuring leading universities, colleges, and institutions from across the country.

The event was graced by Prof. T. G. Sitharam, Chairman, AICTE; Dr. Anil Kumar Nassa, Member Secretary, NBA; and Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister of Education.

The NIRF rankings are an annual national-level assessment based on multiple parameters such as quality of teaching, research, innovation, student satisfaction, employability, and career opportunities.
